Strawberry Jelly Pots


  1. 1. Put the boiling water into a large bowl or jug and pour in the jelly mix. Stir well to combine until all the jelly mix has dissolved.
  2. 2. Divide the mixture equally between your serving glasses. Add a few fresh berries into each glass and put in the fridge to set for a few hours or overnight.
  3. 3. When you are ready to serve and your jelly has set, whip the cream to soft peaks. Then either pipe or spoon a dollop of cream on top of each jelly.
  4. 4. Sprinkle over the chocolatey strands and finish with a strawberry on top.
  5. Shelf Life- Store in in the fridge for up to 2 days, the jellies are best served straight away once decorated.
