Aubergine, Goats Cheese and Watercress Pizza
  1. Take a 10″ Dr. Oetker Rising Dough Base from the freezer.
  2. Arrange the diced aubergine and goats cheese on the base
  3. Bake until the dough crust has risen and gone golden brown.
  4. Toss the watercress in lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl and dress the cooked pizza
