Use quantities of baking powder as stated in your recipe.

Generally to use plain flour as a replacement for self-raising flour, add 3 level teaspoons of Baking Powder to each 225g (8oz) of flour.

Raising Agents: E 450 Diphosphates, E 500 Sodium Carbonates; WHEAT Flour.
