Jammy Dodger Blondies
  1. Add the oil & water to the dry mix and beat with a spoon or machine paddle for 3-4 minutes or until smooth and it has no lumps.
  2. Stir in the vanilla & white chocolate.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a lined 10” square cake tray and smooth flat.
  4. Place your biscuits in an even pattern and push into the surface of the mixture leaving the tops just showing.
  5. Cook at 170c (150c fan) gas mark 4, for 15-20 minutes until just firm to touch.
  6. Straight from the oven, sprinkle the caster sugar evenly across the whole surface.
  7. Allow to cool fully before cutting into squares around the biscuits.

    • 800g Dr. Oetker Gluten Free Cake Mix
    • 250ml Water
    • 64ml Vegetable Oil
    • 3 tspn Dr. Oetker Vanilla
    • 200g Dr. Oetker White Chocolate Chips
    • 1 Pack of Jammy Dodgers or similar (Custard Creams are also great)
    • 50g Caster Sugar
